PN-EN 15038:2006 standard

26 September 2008 - BTInfo underwent independent audit - a detailed validation of our Quality Management System in order to be certified with PN-EN 15038: 2006 standard. After the audit we received the information from Bureau Veritas that we were found to be in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN 15038:2006 standard. The scope of certification includes written translations as well as software and website localization.

We were awarded the certificate No. PL8000352. The subsequent audits will be held within 12 and 24 months from the date of the first audit.

 

Client-Friendly Company Certificate

On March 15, 2010, during a formal Gala accompanying the Sales Congress, prestigious Client-Friendly Company Certificates were awarded. BTInfo was among the 16 laureates who can use the certificate for the next 12 months.

Client-Friendly CompanyThe program awards the organizations which put the Clients' needs on the first place. The program has been gaining more and more popularity among companies and institutions for the last seven years. The prestigious Certificate is the guaranty for the present and potential Clients that the organization treats customer service as it's utmost priority and constantly improves it.

The Client-Friendly Company Certification Program is aimed at organizations wanting to confirm their high customer service standards. Organizations participating in the Program are subjected to a detailed audit aimed at diagnosing each organization's customer service processes. The audits include most of all a comprehensive customer satisfaction analysis that uses many different approaches to this subject. One is a questionnaire completed by the organization's clients. The audits cover phone support, website support and direct support (e.g., point-of-sale support). Additionally, the organizations are visited by a mystery client, who evaluates the quality, pace and accuracy of customer service.

Apart from the evaluation, the Client-Friendly Company audit includes a thorough analysis of each organization's entire customer service policy. The evaluation is based on self-appraisal questionnaires, interviews with the organization's sales/customer service professionals, and a comparison of each organization's results against target benchmarks and results of other participating organizations from the past 12 months. As a result of such detailed analysis only organizations with top-quality customer service policies, compliant with top standards set out by market leaders, are awarded the Client-Friendly Company Certificate.

The Client-Friendly Company Certificate is a guarantee for each organization's both current and potential clients that their needs will always be a top priority.
